A – Core Items

Catering Contractor

  •  Functionality Test/Service and Condition Survey of bar and catering equipment – Repairs/Replacement of essential bar equipment only (Glass Washer, Ice Machines & Bottle Coolers)

B – Non Essential Items – Provide for information purposes

  •  Structural Repairs (unless H&S)

  •  Full new boundary fences/walls

  •  External Decoration Scheme

  •  Works to unused outbuildings

  •  Car Park resurfacing

Contractor KPIs

  •  Contractor to attend site and provide detailed quote via the S2T quoting document within 10Nr BDs following formal request from Bellrock Group.

  •  Contractor to commence works within 5Nr BDs following receipt of order.

  •  Upon completion, contractor to provide photo schedule.
