Comments

  • Overall. The Sagamore had immediately mitigated all of the issues from the 02/12/2914 inspection. However Hanlon refuted the observation on the Chop Saw, and when Sagamore investigated further they found that their argument had merit. On opening the inspection, we met with GC super Rick Faust and he appreciated our attention to safety but hinted that these inspections would be on a regular basis with monetary back charges been executed for repeat offenses. Again, Sagamore EHS drilled this into the crew.
