  • Gate access - check swipe access and if there is any damage done to the gate (eg; jammed, broken not closing properly.

  • Concourse - check for cracks , visible damage or graffiti.

  • Perimeter fencing - damage to fences

  • Artificial plants - secured and not damaged

  • Grass area - no ripped up,burnt or damaged grass.

Tennis Courts

  • Entry Gate - swipe card and check accessibility. Is the door jammed?

  • Fencing - ensure there is no damage to the perimeter fences

  • Court nets - check to see the nets are in good order with no sag or rips.

Pool Plant Room

  • Raypack / Raypack - Check the Temperatures on the LED screen for Main Pool and Spa to see if heater is working.

  • Pumps - listen for any unusual sounds or smells coming from the individual pumps

  • Solar controller - is it turned on and recording a reading?

  • PPC - all Equiptment on list is in storage box. Does anything need replacing?

  • Check of surrounds

  • Co2 levels - do any of the bottles need to be changed over? Does an order need to be placed for more Co2?

External

  • Car Park - any damage apparent in the car park?

  • Garden beds - any plant damage or been removed? Check for rubbish within the beds and remove.

  • Spot lights- check protective glass and report any damage.

  • Exterior door locks - check that all locks are engaged

  • Irrigation pump - check switches are functional and not jammed.
