  • Fire extinguishers clearly visible, properly mounted, and easily accessible.

  • Emergency exits clearly marked with illuminated exit signs, and are they free of any obstructions (such as furniture, boxes, or decorations)?

  • Emergency exit doors functioning properly, with no issues opening them quickly.

  • All indoor and outdoor walkways, ramps, and stairwells well-lit, free from clutter, tripping hazards, or obstructions that could cause slips, trips, or falls?

  • Is the first aid kit fully stocked with necessary supplies (bandages, antiseptic, scissors, etc.), and is it located in an easily accessible area?

  • Restrooms properly ventilated, clean, and free of any hazards such as wet floors or malfunctioning equipment, slip-resistant mats or warning signs placed in areas that may get wet or slippery, especially near sinks and toilets?

  • Exterior and interior lighting fixtures working properly, particularly in areas like entrances, hallways, and parking lots where visibility is critical for safety?

  • Security cameras, alarms, or other monitoring systems are working.
