- Is there signage above the box?
- Is signage in place to direct you to the box?
- Has the seal been broken?
- Is anything missing from the box, check contents list?
- Is the Eye Wash station full/have items been used, check contents list?
- Is the Burns Kit full or have items been taken, check contents list?
- Check smartlog to confirm that these items may have been used for incident If not note below
- Replenish stock that is missing
