Laundry

  • Is it clean, litter free and clear of trip hazards?

  • Have the dryer filters been cleaned?

  • Is there a wet floor sign available inside the laundry room?

  • Are the lights on and in working order?

Common Room

  • Are the residence life boards up to date with upcoming activities?

  • Is it clean, litter free and clear of trip hazards?

  • Is the TV on showing marketing material?

  • Are the vending machines and games equipment fully stocked and in good working order?

  • Is the games equipment clean? (check for dust)

  • Are the lights on and in working order?

  • Has the bin been emptied and bag replaced?

  • Is the furniture reset and ready and clear of litter?

  • Have the tables and furniture been wiped clean/ polished?

  • Have the windows and sills been cleaned?

Gym

  • Is it clean, litter free and clear of trip hazards?

  • Are the weights stacked neatly?

  • Is the fire exit clear and closed? All weights must be removed from in front of fire exit.

  • Are the lights on and in working order?

Courtyard/External

  • Is it clean, litter free and clear of trip hazards? Please ensure checks are done in detail and litter pick.

  • Are the courtyard bins/cigarette bins empty and damage free?

  • Are the external grounds well maintained? (Pathways free of trip hazards, gardens tidy and rubbish free, lighting in working order) This must include the entrance from street- customer journey.

  • Are the boundary gates and doors in full working order?

  • Have you used dustpan and brush to collect cigarette ends left near reception door?

  • Are the no smoking, CCTV and information signs all present and damage free?

  • Is the bike shed litter free and clear of trip hazards?

Showflat bedroom

  • Is the journey from reception to the show flat clear of rubbish/litter?

  • Is it dressed correctly?

  • Are all the items present? Desk Chair, stationery, plants, towels, toiletries, cushions + throws.

  • Is it clean? (dusted and vacuumed) Check skirting boards, window sill, all shelves.

  • Is the Corridor of the flat free of litter and is vacuumed?

  • Are the lights on and in good working order? (Inc. vanity light)

  • Does it smell nice and air fresheners available?

  • Is the bed made neatly and the linen crease free?

  • Is the bathroom clean and the toilet lid down?

Showflat Kitchen

  • Are all items present and correct? (sofa, fridge freezer, bin, kettle, microwave and toaster)

  • Is the noticeboard up to date and relevant?

  • Is the kitchen clean (dust free and vacuumed)

  • Are the lights on and in good working order (Inc. villavent)

  • Does it smell nice and are the air fresheners available?
