  • Are signs including exits and safety signs clear and in good order?

  • Are recycling bins in place and being used?

  • Are the registers being used and all the required fields completed?

  • Are all personnel wearing required PPE ?

  • Are the machines in good working order with safety precautions met to minimise risk of injury personnel?

    Are the machine operators trained and
    adhering to standard operating procedures?

  • Are all walkways / paths free of any obstacles ?

    Are work areas clean, tidy and clear of excess rejects?

  • Is all fire fighting equipment in the proper place and in usable condition and is the correct signage displayed ?

  • Are all exit doors clearly marked and unobstructed ?

  • Are tools fit for purpose, safe and stored correctly ?

  • Is all mobile equipment operating safely and complying with separation rules ?(in reflection to the TMP / SOP)

  • Are the Sites BRC requirements being adhered to?
