• This site inspection report has been completed by Eyton Solutions Ltd to assist the responsible person in their legal obligations of current health and safety legislation.
  
  Each recommendation contained within this report is made in order to minimise the risk to a reasonable level and to mitigate the consequence of any incidents that may occur. No liability can be accepted in respect of the accuracy of such information where any process or article is hidden from the consultant during the inspection, or misleading/false information has been provided by the responsible person or accounts by staff during the inspection.
  
  The report is a written record of the inspection and reflects what the consultant observed on the day of the inspection only. It should be seen as part of the safety monitoring mechanisms for that workplace.
  Comments and recommendations are based upon visual observation and information provided. No intrusive investigation or examination was undertaken by the assessor themself.
  
  It should be noted that, although any actions created by this report shall be supported and advice provided by Eyton Solutions, it shall be the responsibility of the responsible person to ensure that any actions raised are addressed in a prompt manner. Eyton Solutions shall not be liable for any inaction or disregarding of advice by the responsible person which leads to subsequent property damage, near-miss/dangerous occurrence, injury or fatalities once this report is commissioned.
