Are fly catchers installed in strategic locations within the facility?

Have drains been cleaned thoroughly to prevent stagnant water accumulation, which attracts flies?

Are windows & doors are equipped with screens/wire mesh to prevent flies from entering?

Have all dust bins with lids & has been thoroughly cleaned to remove any food residues or organic matter that may attract flies?

Are there any areas where garbage tends to accumulate, posing a risk for fly infestation?

Have all leakages in plumbing fixtures or infrastructure been identified and repaired?

Is the facility's interior kept adequately dry to discourage fly breeding?

Have weeds and overgrown vegetation near the facility been removed to eliminate potential fly breeding sites?

Has the external area surrounding the facility been properly leveled to prevent water stagnation, which can attract flies?

Are all fruits and vegetables stored or displayed in covered containers to prevent fly access?

Are trash bins and surrounding areas kept clean to minimize fly attraction and breeding?
