Housekeeping Inspection; Work areas neat and orderly, passageways clear of debris, tripping hazards, etc..

Ladder / Scaffold Inspections; tagged and dated by competent person each day in use.

Power / Hand Tool Inspections; Proper guards, handles and use.

Vehicle and Equipment Inspections; within site speed limit, back-up alarm, all equipment functioning, no cell phone use, etc.

Eye Wash stations within the work area; 15 minute eye wash within reasonable distance to work area

Rebar and impalement exposures protected properly? Both on vertical and horizontal bars that may cause injury.

HazCom Inspections; stored on proper containment skids and within capacities / Spill kits placed where needed / Proper labeling

Fire Safety Inspections; At required locations - connexion boxes, fuel storage, cranes, vehicles, welding machines, compressors, etc.

Electrical Safety Inspections; color-coded for quarter, good condition and electrical panels display voltage label on front of panel.

Rigging Inspections; Proper storage, operating condition, proper use.

Excavation Inspection; barricaded, ladders, cave in protection, spoil back, etc.

Demolition Inspection; Dust suppression, barricaded as needed, general work practices.

Hot works / Welding inspections; Barricaded / Welding screens / Fire watch with extinguisher / Fire protection

Confined Space inspections; proper setup including barricades / Fans / Monitors / Permits

Lockout / Tag-out Inspections; Proper procedure in place and used where needed

MPT Inspections; In place where applicable / Personnel trained properly.

Fall Protection Inspections; guardrails in place able to withstand 200 pounds side force / Hole covers and overhead work addressed properly.

Fall Arrest Inspections; Are all harnesses being worn correctly with proper anchorage and lanyard being used correctly. Proper storage of equipment as required.
