  • I confirm I have delivered the training/consultation listed above and checked all workers for this company/sub-contractor that will attend a Snowdon site have completed the induction training and signed off on the prior to commencing works.
    As the manager of the Construction site I also have checked all worker’s qualifications and training credentials required for the work activities they will undertake and are satisfied they are qualified and trained to perform the tasks assigned to perform. I have taken evidence of these credentials if applicable and submitted to head office.
    Manage and review compliance onsite to ensure all workers are trained and submitted this sign off to Snowdon
    I will also determine if the works they will complete is High Risk work and if so will obtain, review and approve SWMS for these work activities that are deemed high risk. As a Construction Manager you will review and revise the SWMS to ensure they are relevant to your site.
