  • Is there a copy of the safe system of work at location for reference e.g. risk assessment, method statement, JSA, Work Instruction etc.

Welfare

  • Has the visiting party brought temporary welfare facilities

  • Is there welfare for both men and women

  • Have meals been provided

Emergency Arrangements

  • Is all first aid equipment present on the foundation

  • Is there a First Aid Need Assessment (FANA)

  • Record feedback

  • Are all emergency routes clean to the muster point

Temporary Works

  • Are mobile scaffolds in use?

  • Has a pre use check been conducted? (Documented via TBT or other means)

  • Has the pre use check been carried out by a competent person with correct training, knowledge and experience to conduct inspection?
