Forecourt

  • Is the Main ID clean and well maintained with prices properly displayed?

Marketing Campaign

  • Are the credit application holders stocked with current applications and free of damage, dirt and trash?

Fueling Area

  • Are all pumps clean, well maintained and in working order?

  • Does the Island Card Reader function properly and print a receipt?

  • Does the pump dispense fuel at an acceptable rate? (Check every quarter) Should dispense 2.5 gallons within 15 seconds.

  • Are customer amenities available, stocked and clean?

Store and Restroom

  • Are the windows of the store less than 50% obstructed by signage?

  • Is the interior of the store clean, well lit, and accessible? (Check for any dust build up, old magazine racks, etc)

  • Is the restroom available, functioning and well lit?

  • Is the restroom clean and stocked with toilet paper, soap and paper towels or a hand dryer?

Customer Service

  • Is the cashier/staff member wearing a clean, brand approved uniform shirt and nametag?

  • Stand back and observe when customer enters the store. Does the cashier acknowledge the customer?

Customer Experience

  • Are the product shelves, displays, coolers and food service areas clean, functioning and well stocked?

  • Does the C-Store have a good selection of products on the shelves? (1 being poor and 5 being excellent)
