CASHIER

  • Closing an account. Record all pay in/pay out

  • Counting all money in the till and log off the main POS

  • Turn off the Main POS screen, Display screen and Heater

  • Ensure All Ipads, Phone, Phone Music, Tyro machine, Uber and Doordash Tablets are being charge

  • Clean and tidy up cashier area including rubbish bin, bench under the till and throw away docket

  • Ensure the safe is lock properly and put the key back to the till

  • Fill up print paper rolls

  • Activate a 10% surcharge on Sunday and 15% surcharge on Public holiday

  • Double check Change money and Pretty cash

  • Send report to the group chat

SCREEN

  • Switch off the rice cooker 3 of them

  • Empty all the rice and put the remaining rice to the cool room with labelled

  • Clean the rice paddle and metal rice mood to wash

  • Ensure the condiments are cleaned and wrapped up

  • Put the fresh chilli in the cool room and labelled

  • Clean inside and outside the rice cooker properly

  • Clean and tidy up the bench and screen area with sanitizer

  • Turn off the Screen IPAD and ensure it’s cleaned

  • Empty the rubbish bin at the screen area

  • Ensure the Esky is empty and cleaned

  • Ensure the robot is cleaned and put on charge

  • Refill T/A containers, Lids and disposable cutlery

HOST

  • Call last order

  • Clean all the menu and organised them on the shelf

  • Put all the signages, menu stand, table talkers inside and put CLOSED sign on

  • Clean the door, window and watering plants

  • Help closing floor if needed

FLOOR

  • Clear and thoroughly clean outdoor table, bring all the table number and signages inside. Close the side door and lock properly

  • Ensure indoor/outdoor table and chair are cleaned, all tables and chairs are free of any food scraps

  • Ensure all the tables and chairs are in the same position

  • Organised and tidy up the spare chairs area and ensure high chairs are cleaned before put it back

  • Fill up containers and napkins for all stations

  • Wash all the cloths and fill up sanitizer

BAR

  • All glasses need to be cleaned properly and put in the place

  • Cap or wrap all the spirit bottles and syrups

  • Refrigerate juices, fruits, tea and mixers

  • Clean the blenders and all the equipments

  • Check stock and doing the list that have something to buy for the next day

  • Clean the bar area including the fridge, freezer, beer tap and postmix gun

  • Fill up the drinks in the fridge and shelf at the bar. Stocked drink in the cool room as well

  • Fill up straw , parasols and skewer hearts. Throw away dockets

  • Take off the filter and drain the dishwasher. Ensure the dishwasher is cleaned

  • Wash the clothes and put in the dryer downstair

  • Ensure the sink is cleaned

  • Empty the rubbish and recycle bin

  • Turn all the switches off Excluding the fridge

CUTLERY

  • Ensure all the cutlery are cleaned properly and set up the right side

  • Ensure the cutlery area are cleaned including bar mats, wall and red bin

  • Fill up the spare napkin

  • Wash all the clothes and put in the dryer downstair
