4.1 - Valve Set 1

• Close gate valve, start Pump 1 and lift reflux arm.

• Turn off Pump 1 and lower reflux arm

• Remove reflux valve cover and remove foreign matter from valve

• Did the reflux disk require replacement?

• Inspect all bolts and replace as required

• Turn off Pump 2 and lower reflux arm

• Remove reflux valve cover and remove foreign matter from valve
