4.1 - Valve Set 1

Close gate valve, start Pump 1 and lift reflux arm.
-
Turn off Pump 1 and lower reflux arm
-
Remove reflux valve cover and remove foreign matter from valve
-
Did the reflux disk require replacement?

Service spindle and check flap seating

Refit reflux valve cover

Inspect all bolts and replace as required

Open gate valve and test run Pump 1 on manual
4.2 - Valve Set 2

Close gate valve, start Pump 2 and lift reflux arm.

Turn off Pump 2 and lower reflux arm

Remove reflux valve cover and remove foreign matter from valve
