  • Pump 3 Inspect lifting chains and shackles for corrosion and damage, check Safety Tags are within inspection date

  • Pump 4 Inspect lifting chains and shackles for corrosion and damage, check Safety Tags are within inspection date

  • Entry / exit ladder in good condition

  • Platforms in good condition

  • Pipes / Fittings / Couplings / Valves / Penstocks secure and in good condition, report any cracks, leakage, corrosion etc.

Valves

  • Exercise Valves / Penstocks, operating and in good working order

  • Non return valves working.

  • 12 monthly inspect, in conjunction with E&M Wet Well Clean

  • Lubricate Valve Stem and associated parts as required.

General

  • Lighting working and sufficient in all areas

  • Doors / gates / locks in good working order

  • Fences undamaged

  • Site surrounds tidy and in safe condition

  • Complete site diary, highlighting work complete

  • Any other issues
