Morning Opening

Bar Opening

  • Switch On POS system and printer FOH and BOH

  • Make sure all devices are charged, to-be-ready for use.

  • Make sure all chiller & freezer is functioning properly.

  • Top up and switch On the water heater

  • Heat up green tea refill for both Thermo Flasks

  • Lay out bar mat, chopping board, knives at designated position

  • Top-Up ice bin

  • POS system Opening till, calculate cashier Float RM500 and sufficient small change for cashier

  • Top up cutleries, amenities, including straws, coaster and serviette in the bar

  • Switch on Air condition, TV, music playlist and lights of display fridge.

  • Check on item 86 and do Morning huddle to report to group chat.

  • Final check on all shop appearances (Shop & Staff) to be ready for operation

  • Open gate, layout all furniture and banner

  • Check and make sure all online shops are ready for operation and update delivery menu availability

Floor Opening

  • Polish all Tables and Chairs

  • Sweep and mop facade and corridor area

  • Mop dining area and toilet floor

  • Check on toilet cleanliness and top up amenities

  • Refill Pork lard container and table condiments, amenities and cutleries

  • Align all tables and chairs and make sure all arrangement is neat

  • Polish and Top Up cutleries at the food station

  • Top Up amenities and packaging material at food station
