Go into PIPELine and the current Opportunity 1)Scroll down to the estimate 2)Enter in the tax amount-should have this from Square transaction 3)Go back to the Opportunity 4)Scroll down to "New Payment" 5)Enter in the type of payment as well as the TOTAL amount(INCLUDES TAX) 6)Make sure to click "Save" 7)Go back to the Opportunity and make sure the status now says "Paid" 8)If the job did not pay but you sent an invoice in the Opportunity switch the Status from "Job Booked" to "Invoiced" 9)Make sure you sent an invoice in Square
