  • Clean Machine Exterior • Wipe down the top, front, back, and sides of the machine • Clean the front glass of the machine • Open the door and clean around the tops and sides • Clean around the delivery bay bezel door • Clean inside the rear connection box and rear cover plate • Clean the machine legs

  • Clean Machine Interior • Top of trays wiped down and cleaned of debris, even between crevices • Inside bottom of machine cleaned and wiped down • Wipe down interior top, walls, right tray mount column, power box and board cover • Inside of door to be cleaned and wiped down • Clean inside glass and the surrounding black deflectors • Clean out any debris in the Return Bin

  • Machine Testing • Verify condition of all helixes and motors • Conduct motor count and verify correct number of motors were recognized • Test vend each motor twice to ensure proper 360 degree rotation • Adjust helix timing as needed • Ensure all product has proper accessories and spacing • Verify red light of the drop sensor functions properly • Confirm machine is level

  • Component Inspection • Check all physical components and note anything missing, damaged, or if it is satisfactory • Record any needed parts so they can be ordered • Replace any necessary parts
