Identify if bays are Chilled or Ambient and if Shelved (S) or Crated (C) and checks bay widths? Annotate all information onto existing drawing and photo plan as part of this survey. Please note to send a full resolution image of this plan along with the survey.

  • Details of Cabinet Manufacturer 1 - provide details and photo all cabinet serial number plates - please note that if no cabinet plates are fixed to cases you will need to access the plant room to confirm cabinet manufacturer

  • Please confirm if shin pads are installed to ambient tables, confirm number and photograph each table with them installed also mark onto plan with circle to identify locations
