Thermometer check

  • Temperature in canteen fridge must be checked every working day. Check results must be recorded in below table. Any out of specification results must be immediately reported to Technical or Production Manager. If OOS result observed the temperature of food must be verified and food above 8oC disposed. All food must be labelled as per Canteen operation procedure Ref. CO.
