  • Procedure: Both tray washers and boning dip tank temperatures to be taken twice daily to ensure they are above the required temperatures. Chest Steriliser temperature taken twice daily using Saf-T-Log probe and uploaded to system. If any results below required limits temperatures must be re-taken in 30 minutes. If still out of specification report to Technical Manager.
