Decking Area

  • Is there a hot tub cover, lifter and manufacturer recommended steps in place only.

  • Adequate willow or wooden paneled hot tub screen for privacy and in good condition. Note: if replacement is required must been wooden panels only.

  • Gate in place, does the closure work and a striker plate is in place to stop gate breaking in winds or on closing.

Certification

  • In date Insurance documentation on file for length of sublet year.

  • Boiler certification in place for sublet year and visible on boiler cupboard.

  • Annual fire safety check completed, check extinguisher date. (within one year of last check).

  • PAT test certification on file.

  • 3 Year Fixed Electrical Certification on file.

Sauna - A Frame Only

  • Is the sauna secure to the wall.

  • Instructions of use clearly visible.

  • Lights all work and appropriate quality of lighting.

  • Door opens and closes properly and no lock is fitted.

  • Is the Sauna isolator switch clearly marked (maybe located outside of immediate Sauna door area or stairway).

  • Does the sauna operate properly and is in good condition.
