  • Is there a second make line? Generally for delivery orders?

  • Order ready screen stand type

  • Confirm Fridge Model (if known)

  • Upload the fridge serial number (to confirm model) located on the side of the cold bain.

  • Are there any tables/chairs/crisp holders/drinks machines that are restricting the installation of the kiosks?

  • If yes - are the tables/chairs/crisp holders/drinks machines fixed to the floor or can they be moved?

  • Does the FZE accept that these need to be removed or moved elsewhere to allow the install to go ahead?

  • Show a photo of the proposed new table/chair location and mark this on the flooplan

  • If the FZE does NOT want to move or remove tables/chairs please specify here as this needs to be raised to Subway.

  • Are there any light fixtures/smoke alarms/CCTV blocking the kiosk positioning?

  • If these are in the ceiling tiles, can these tiles be moved to suit the kiosk positioning?

  • If they can't be moved - is the FZE willing to look at moving these?

  • Is there any actions required from the Franchisee before install? If so what?

  • Anything that can be seen as a issue for install team to follow?
