Member engagement: Evidence and assessment of engagement and performance including: Meeting visit forms since last review, stats; meeting average, retention, missing members, MP Penetration, PS/ATT and how the Leader is performing v Area/Region/UK. ❍Weight Loss Stats, Text AnyWhere/Care note reports, Social media activity.

Visibility:Evidence of G4G and how it relates to enrolments and presence in the community. How does their enrolment average measure v area average? What are the opportunities? Where are their posters? What relationships have they formed in the community with businesses/charity/social groups? How have they used business cards/banners? Do they have a social media group? Have they had any PR? Have they had any “out of the box” visibility ideas? Check with your Local Marketing Champion – has this Leader been in touch/discussed/asked for help with marketing their meetings?

Availability:Joint evaluation of their meeting availability, e.g. what other WW meetings are surrounding, day/time? Check out cross border meetings too if close by. Where/when is the competition? What is the venue quality/size/layout? Is there parking, is it well lit in winter, is it warm and how does the rent compare to the venue quality/area average? Is there wi-fi available? How strong is the mobile network signal? Is there a kitchen available for members to make refreshments? Is there an extra charge for kitchen facilities? What is the general area like, especially at night? What else is on in the community that may affect this meeting e.g. exercise meetings, WI, women’s groups.

Living the values-think differently, get things done, win together How does the Leader live the values at work. Give examples of behaviour you have observed both positive and where values could be demonstrated better if applicable and include: Leader’s own weight record, attendance/participation at area meetings/training sessions, willingness to do cover for colleagues, Administration tasks etc.
