General Protocol Questions

  • What location do you reside? Where will you unpack the new Packaging design?

  • What is today's date? Date in which the packaging is being inspected.

  • Please insert your first and last name as the person who will complete this protocol.

  • What Unique Test Number will this protocol be completed to? The Unique Test number will be found on the outside of the packaging.

Shipping

  • Which transportation method was used to ship the product to your location?

  • Please describe how the package arrived within the Shipment. (bottom of pallet with many other packages, single package by itself, etc)

  • Please attach pictures of how the packaging arrived. (within a pallet, where within the pallet, etc)

Packaging Integrity

  • Before Opening, What is the condition of the outside packaging? Look for dents, holes, rips, tears, or any other damage. 1= Bad Damage 2=Slight Damage 3=No Damage

  • Please attach pictures of the outside of the packaging. At least 3 pictures with some focus on damage if applicable and corners.

  • IMPORTANT: When opening the packaging, please cut ONLY the tape, not the box. Please open gently and carefully as this packaging will afterwards be used again to further this testing protocol.

  • After opening the box, Does the packaging inserts/Inlays seem to be in-tact?

  • After opening the box, Does it seem that the packaging inserts/inlays have stayed in place? (no movement)

  • Please attach pictures of box contents upon opening, do not remove packaging material or product yet.

  • After opening the box, Does it seem that the Product has stayed in place? (no movement)

Product integrity

  • Inspect the powder coating integrity, especially on corners / surfaces that could have made contact with the packaging. 1=Damage 2=Dirty 3=No Damage / Dirt

  • Please attach pictures of the product. Especially in areas of damage if applicable.

  • Inspect the cables and crimp connectors. 1=Damaged/Loose/Frayed 2=Dirty/Bent/still in-tact 3=No Damage/Dirt

  • Please attach pictures of the product. Especially in areas of damage if applicable.

  • Inspect the product integrity for bent tubes, cracked plastic, or any other damage. 1=Damaged 2=Slight Damage 3=No Damage/Dirt

  • Please attach pictures of the product. Especially in areas of damage if applicable.

  • Please provide any other relevant information about the packaging, product, or any feedback you have to make this packaging design more sufficent
