Pre - install engineer checks.

  • Have all surfaces and walk ways been made clear and protective coverings been used to cover what is needed such as carpets?

  • Is all correct PPE equipment is out and being used when needed:

  • Are all ladders and working art height equipment been checked for safety before using.

  • Customers are aware that any furniture that needs to be moved in order to carry out work in areas will not be at the responsibility of the engineers if any damages occur.

  • For safety reasons, customer has agreed - rooms will be kept clear of pets and children and other adults aside from the engineers carrying out the work.

  • Customer is aware of the time frame of the work carried out and explained about the time frame without heating/hotwater and an alternative heat source has been discussed such as electric heaters?
