    5. Check Distress Signal Unit (DSU) for correct operation (Motion and Manual Alarm
    6. Check Battery Status. Replace battery if indicating low.
    7. Check the Electronic Self-Test and control module operation.
    8. Check voice projection speaker
    9. Check the heads up display (HUD)
