A. General

All scaffolding must be constructed in accordance with the requirements outlined on its TG20:21 compliance sheet.
B. Access to plots

Is access to the plot provided with adequate unobstructed head access?

Has a suitable exclusion zone been established for ongoing scaffolding works?

Does the exclusion zone comprise of eight barriers and four warning signs?

Where works will be taking place from the scaffold above the entrance, suitable protective measures must be in place to protect those below from falling materials (eg double boarding with polythene sheet, ply boarding)

O. Tying in, bracing and buttressing

Have 5% of drill/anchor ties or a minimum of 3 ties been subjected to 'pull out' tests?

R. Waste chutes

Do truss racks have a maximum span of 10m?

Do all truss racks have a maximum load of 4.5t?
