Foundation stable with suitable ground conditions and adequate base plates and sole plates.

Access satisfactory - are stairs and planks clear of rubbish and obstruction.

–are external ladders protruding 1m above the landing & correctly angled 4:1 max

– are hatches (where internal ladder access) kept closed

Platform plank or decking gap: as close as practicable to the works face and does not exceed 300mm (unless inside guard rails are fitted).

-foot holes or trip hazards on walkway have been eliminated.

Guardrails satisfactory: including top and mid rails on exposed sides and end of all working platforms regardless of height, min. 0.9 max 1.1m.

Toeboards / kickboards satisfactory: fitted to the outside and end of every platform.

Screening/debris netting satisfactory: particularly in high pedestrian areas and public places. Appearance from outside tidy & professional

Shrink wrap satisfactory: particularly in high pedestrian areas and public places.

Shrinkwrap ; are there any leaks affecting the works

Scaffolding ties satisfactory: i.e. wire ties, rigid ties, box tie, lip or opening tie and standard reveal tie. Max of 4.8m in the horizontal plane & 4.2 in the vertical.
