Jobsite provided with adequate material staging area?

Adequate room for mobile gantry assembly/disassembly?

Pre-planning meeting conducted before assembly/disassembly?

Competent person supervised assembly/disassembly?

Mobile Gantry selected is appropriate for load capacity and reach?

Mobile Gantry’s Wire Cable/Chain-fall/Chain Hoist/Slings Etc. has been inspected?

Mobile Gantry’s Mast/Beam/Nuts/Bolts/A-Frame Plate/Flat Plate/Casters Inspection?

Wheels are locked and in good condition?

Mobile Gantry setup on stable surface - Compacted soils, Drained, Firm?

Outriggers extended, if applicable?

Lift route planned to prevent worker exposure to falling loads?

Pre-Planning meeting

Non-Conductive tag lines in place (if applicable)?

Elevate warning lines, or

Barricades, plus

A spotter, or

Warning device, or

Qualified riggers present - Training verified and onsite?
