  • Bathroom & Linens (Odour – is it fresh and clean, all surfaces are clean, no smears/hairs/dust/lime or mildew, Toiletries are fully stocked (and on brackets) Towels are clean, white & fluffy, bathmat is present.

  • HVAC & Bathroom fan, if present, are clean and free from dust and in full working order, if none, is there a desk fan and a Portable oil radiator.

  • Bed & Bedding, Bed is well presented (correct size duvet & cover), Runner and cushions are present, clean and pressed, Pillows are plumped and well presented. All is of good quality.

  • Curtains and Nets, are clean, pressed and hung correctly.

  • TV & Remote, both in full working order with all channels programmed, alarm can be programmed.

  • Hospitality Tray, •Cups & Teaspoons are clean no caffeine stains and are matching, fully stocked tray (4 of each, tea, coffee, decaf, white sugar, brown sugar, sweetex, 8 milks and all are in date). Kettle is empty and free from scale.

  • Collateral, • All literature is clean and well presented, Directory of services, ALL Enrolment form, room service menu). Any promotional literature is current.

  • All surfaces, sills, skirting and high levels, clean & free from dust and are in good repair.

  • Carpet is clean & free dust, in good repair.
