Bed & Bedding, Bed is well presented (correct size duvet & cover), Runner and cushions are present, clean and pressed, Pillows are plumped and well presented. All is of good quality.

TV & Remote, both in full working order with all channels programmed, alarm can be programmed.

Hospitality Tray, •Cups & Teaspoons are clean no caffeine stains and are matching, fully stocked tray (4 of each, tea, coffee, decaf, white sugar, brown sugar, sweetex, 8 milks and all are in date). Kettle is empty and free from scale.
