Is the flooring laid smooth with upstands and capping sealed correctly to the walls. If a wet room does the gradient of the floor look correct.
Is the sanitary wear free from scratches & chips
Are all visible pipes and traps boxed in, in plastic. Is the bath panel 10mm MDF. If a wet room, are their sufficient grab rails and a shower seat
Are the trap fitted and pipework satisfactory and the stop cock in a accessible position
Are the walls smooth, is the paint work clean and tidy and the cutting in satisfactory
Has the pullswitch been replaced and an LED light fitting installed and an extractor Fan installed to the correct specification
Is the tiling straight, flush, and grouted satisfactory
