Perform Pre-Operational Checklist for BOTH cranes. CR-1 (S/N S10000904023) and CR-2 (S/N S10000904022)

1. Start the Inspection by selecting the appropriate crane that is going to be inspected and rate each item as "Compliant", "Non- Compliant"
2. Add photos and notes by clicking on the paperclip icon. (If needed for document purposes)
3. If applicable, add comments at the end of each section with any corrective measures, requests, suggestions, etc.
4. Share your report by exporting as PDF.
Note: Please report any unusual findings or non-compliant findings to your manager and HSE contact.
