Do all walls and comms boards contain appropriate materials?

Are all lights and fittings in good working order and functioning properly?

Are fridges serviceable and in good working order?

Is wholesome drinking water available and vessels in which to drink from?

Is there adequate hot water?

Are paper towels in stock and available?

Is plastic cutlery available?

FURNITURE

Is all furniture from the inventory list present?

Is the rest room furniture in good repair?
