Chilled Water Dispenser PPM

• A monthly inspection of the Chilled water dispenser should be carried out. The machine external panels needs to be cleaned and the 'delivery spout' area should be cleaned and if required by using diluted de-scaler as provided followed by a thorough rinse. The filter should be checked and if required changed for a new unit. All filters should have an address label attached and the engineer should write his name and the date recorded on the label.
