Ensure that the pool test kit is complete and in good working order and report any failings to a manager. Ensure pool tests are completed on time. If a pool test is of concern then alert a manager to follow up.

If further training requirements are required have they been arranged by the HOD?

Once completed a copy should be sent to the relevant HOD and appointed site safety representative. It is the responsibility of the HOD to ensure that all their team members complete suitable training in regards to the tasks that their team members are expected to do. It is also the responsibility of the HOD to ensure that their relevant SOPs are reviewed and updated and remain valid to the task that it relates to.
