  • Were all "Other" plants watered? (Guidance: "Other" plants should be watered 2x per 7 day window but also based off of personal assessment.) **Record deviations from watering guidance.**

  • If No detail why plants were not watered and provide images of the "Other" plants not receiving water

  • Did all plants receive "Root Hormone" when watered? (Take photo of container of root hormone being applied)

  • If No detail why Root Hormone Treatment was not provided, record watered plants not receiving Root Hormone Therapy.

  • Was any other than Water or Root Hormone applied to any of the plants? (Take photo of what was applied)

  • If "Yes" Communicate what was applied, reason for application, which plants received the application, and assign any follow-ups.
