Check positioning, don't want them to be taking up valuable floor space over Christmas.<br>Stores to keep stands are, <br>Aspendale, Bairnsdale, Balnarring, Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Dromana, Maffra, Mt eliza, Paynesville, Sale, Towerhill, Wantirna, Yarra Glen, Yarrawonga. <br>Stores that were on original list to return stand are, <br>Diamond Creek, East Bentleigh, Emerald, Mt Waverley Ringwood and Wonthaggi.

  • De Bortoli out of stocks. Count the number of and report. Photos too please.

  • Yellowglen NV relay on shelf and in fridge. For shelf it needs to be level or above Yellow colours but below Yellowglen vintage. This may mean dropping the colours range. In fridge it's to replace an existing TWE sku.

  • Stock levels. Need to check major sellers as detailed in the memo. Johnnie Red/Black, Baileys, Crown lager, Brown Brothers Moscato, Riccadonna. <br>Also check high volume lines for individual stores.

  • Memos aren't being actioned! Need to give all managers a lecture of the importance of actioning the memo. Check last 2 memos and make shire they have actioned accordingly.

  • Check order delivery schedual has been entered into diary or onto roster to inform managers of change in dates.

  • No clearance trolleys to be in stores from now on. You may work with the managers to find space on the shelf or in fridge to display lines but trolleys must come off the floor.

  • Night fill standards. Make sure all staff are aware of the minimum night fill standard of filling and facing. This must be 100% from now on and if not managers must hold staff accountable.
