This includes the wall in the general area and unattended cubicles. <br> <br> Answer YES if: all wall and door surfaces are: <br> a) Free from a build up of dirt or grime <br> b) Free from cobwebs, dead insects or dust <br> c) Free from scuffs or smears longer than 5cm <br> d) Free from discolouration or stains measuring more than 5cm in diameter <br> e) Free from cleaning product build up <br> f) More that 15% of grouting free from discolouration or staining <br> g) Free from graffiti <br> h) Tiles are polished to a high lustre.

Inspect rubbish bins in the restroom.<br> <br> Answer YES if: rubbish bins were: <br> a) Free from visible dust, grime, dirt or spills covering more then 10% of the item <br> b) Free from discolouration or graffiti <br> c) Free from more than one smear greater than 5cm long per bin <br> d) Free from unpleasant odour; and <br> e) Bin liner in place, secured to the bin and fits the size of the bin. <br> f) Bins are not overflowing.

  • Odour <br> Does the restroom have a pleasant odour? Answer YES if: upon entry to the restroom <br> a) There is no unpleasant or offensive odour lingering throughout the entire restroom.

  • Sanitary Bins <br> Are the sanitary bins clean and well presented?
