  • Document the problem with mulitiple photographs

  • Sign-off of job to be done by Sasha first; Ensure this takes place before ANY work is done

  • In the event that Sasha is not on duty, Richard is to sign off on ANY work done.

  • Do we have the necessary tools and spares to action this fix immediately?

  • Then what tools and/or spares are needed?

  • If Tools and / or spares are needed for this job, get sign-off on ordering said spares and / or tools.

  • If Job was approved and completed immediately, ensure multiple pictures are taken of the repaired job.

  • Get Name, Surname of person in charge of kitchen / who reported the problem once job is verified to be complete.
