  • • Solv safety is program for logging incidents and hazards on all Rivalea sites.

  • • All computers at the Feedmill site that have access to SharePoint, can be used to log incidents & hazards.

  • • Below is guide on how to navigate to Solv Safety. Open the intranet using the Microsoft edge shortcut. On the main Rivalea SharePoint page navigate down to the highlighted Solv Safety box.

  • • This is the main page, it allows you to record incidents such as near misses, injuries, property damage, or hazards with the potential to cause injury or property damage.

Reporting An Incident

  • • To Report an incident, select the "report Incident" box and fill out all required fields indicated by a red marker. Choose the incident type that best represents your claim and provide a description. Enter the details of who reported the incident, who entered it, and assign it to a supervisor/manager.

  • • Ensure to provide specific incident details and assign it to the most suitable individual based on their role. For instance, a maintenance request like damaged equipment can be assigned to Andrew Bevan the Maintenance Supervisor, while general safety concerns can be appointed to Mick Molloy Production Manager or Steven Mendoza Storage & Logistics Manager. After making the assignment select "Save" to successfully log the incident.

Reporting Hazards

  • • To report a hazard, select the 'Report Hazard" box and fill out all required fields indicated by a red marker. Be specific about the location, cause, and actions taken regarding the hazard. Additionally consider taking photos to document small or particular hazards throughout the feed mill. This can be valuable for accurately identifying and addressing the hazards.

  • • Provide detailed hazard information and assign it to the most appropriate individual for the task. After making an assignment, select "Save" to successfully log the hazard.
