  • A callout for maintenance/repair is £45. This includes the first hour, subsequent hours are £45/hr in 1/2 hr intervals. Does not include parts.
    Also applies to repairs done at our offices.
    Should something need sending to a specialist, investigation/diagnosis fee is £45 - non refundable but deductible from the final bill if the repair goes ahead. A repair quote will be sent before proceeding. Does not include parts or postage.
