• VISUAL PROMPTS IN AUDITS

Would like to include a visual prompt in an audit to help an assessor?

• So you would like to!

It is very easy to achieve. Just follow these easy steps:-

Add an INFORMATION box to the audit from the MORE menu
Select MEDIA from the Text/Media/Link option
Browse to where your image is and ADD
Choose whether to display the image in the Audit, the Report or any combination of those.

That's It. Done!

• For example you could display a risk matrix, show an image of a specific item you are looking for or just show 'what good looks like'

The assessor will also have the ability to zoom in to the included image, which is extremely helpful if your image contains a lot of information.
