1. Container Appearance Inspection: Make sure no damage or rust

2. PCS exhaust duct Inspection: Make sure fixation stability

3. PCS room door lock Inspection: Make sure that PCS escape lock can open smoothly

4. Battery room door lock Inspection: Make sure that battery room pull rod lock can open

5. Container Nameplate Inspection: Make sure container nameplate fix tightly

6. Seal rubber gasket around container doors inspection: Make sure no damage, fix tightly

7. Fireproof door between PCS room and Battery room Inspection: Make sure Fireproof door open/close smoothly

8. Container internal cleaning: make sure no rubbish and no mud

9.HMI Current Alarm Inspection: make sure no current alarm

10.SPD in main power circuit Inspection: make sure SPD willow colour is not red

11.HMI display Inspection: make sure HMI time correct, HMI running no delay, status indicator normal

12.PCS Fan Inspection: make sure no abnormal noise when PCS fan is running

13.PCS Dustproof Screen Inspection: Make sure PCS dustproof screen clean

14.HMI history alarm Inspection: If some frequent fault occur, take photos about history alarm and feedback to BYD

15.PCS Scram Button Inspection: test PCS scram button and make sure it work normally

16.PCS Control Switcher Inspection: test PCS Control Switcher and make sure it work normally

17.PCS AC/DC Breaker Inspection: make sure breaker open/close smoothly

21.SPD in auxiliary power circuit Inspection: make sure SPD willow colour is not red

22. UPS Inspection: General: inspect the UPS system, batteries and accessories. Cooling: check fans for operation. Connections: check and adjust all electrical connections (AC and DC). Functional: check all functions operate correctly

23.Battery Appearance Inspection: make sure battery no shape-change and no leakage

24.Battery Shelf Inspection: make sure battery shelf no shape-change.

25.SOC calculation Inspection: charge/Discharge in manual mode and make sure SOC increase/decrease collectly.<br>

26.Battery power cable and communcation cable Inspection: make sure cables no damage

27. BMS Box DC Breaker Inspection: make sure breaker open/close smoothly

28.The fire device outside container Inspection: No damage,no rubbish coverage

29. Fire Controller Panel Inspection: The screen should shown "All normal".

30. Fire Cylinder Pressure Inspection: One big cylinder in battery room and two small cylinders in PCS room.Make sure that the pointer in green area.

31. Fire Manual/Auto Switcher: The Fire Manual/Auto Switcher should turn smoothly.

32.General Lighting Inspection

33. Emerency Lighting Inspection: make sure emerency lighting can work without AC power.

34. Air-condition Appearance Inspection: no damage, fix steadily

35. Inspect condensate pipe to make sure no leakage.

36. Inspect the temperature setting if correct.

37. Remove dust on the air entrance of air-condition indoor

38. Remove dust on the radiator of air-condition outdoor unit.
