Unit Specific

  • Check appliances for cleanliness. Check microwave and fridge/freezer.

  • Take a wet rag and wipe down cabinets, refrigerator, and microwave to ensure all areas have been sanitized

  • Is the coffeemaker empty of any k-cup pods, coffee grounds, free of stains, and functional?

  • Open all drawers and ensure there is nothing left behind and everything has been dusted

  • Is the sofa, chair, and ottoman free of stains? Was underneath the sofa swept and free of debris? Please remember to check for functionality.

  • Ensure all low dusting has been completed (check baseboards throughout unit, light fixtures, TV's, and tables) Are they clean?

  • Ensure high dusting has been completed. Check all vents in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom fans.

  • Is the carpet free of stains and is the rest of the floor in the unit clean?

  • Are all walls and doors free of scuffs and spots?

  • Are all windows streak-free and clear?

  • Is the bathroom floor free of any hair or debris? (Use a Lint Roller on the floor around the tub, toilet, and behind the door to check for hair.)

  • Has the sink been cleaned out?

  • Does the bathroom appear to be stocked correctly -hairdryer, towels, hand soap, and shower items?

  • Is the trash can lined and empty?

  • Is the bed made neatly with hotel corners?

  • Is under the bed free of any trash and debris?

  • Are there any visible hair/stains on the linen and pillow cases?

  • Is the closet properly stocked with blankets, iron, and ironing board?

  • Are all lights and light fixtures in the unit fucntional?

  • Add cleanliness comments about the unit

  • Please indicate any missing items from the unit

  • Did you have to send Housekeeping back to clean?

  • Did you check the lock battery level?

  • Did you check to ensure all IoT devices are online?

  • Did you run a cycle on the coffee machine with water to ensure it works?

  • Are all appliances in working condition?

  • Did you turn on all light switches to confirm that they are working?

  • Did you turn on the tv with the provided remote?

  • Did you test the blinds/curtains?

  • Did you flush the toilet in each bathroom?

  • Did you check to make sure the temperature of the unit is correct? Is the A/C working properly in the unit?
