Please complete and submit your Vehicle Defect Sheet by 9am every Monday. Any question annotated with an Astrix refers to a vehicle and trailer combination. All Defect Sheets are to be issued via iAuditor where they will be collated and issued to Transport Manager (Mat Coombs) if your vehicle exceeds 3.5T (this would include towing combinations) a Vehicle Defect Sheet must be completed before each daily use.
