PPE required - please select PPE used
Lift pads and extension are present and in good condition
Check the level and quality/condition of Hydraulic Fluid
Check the carriages/runways are level when lifted
Visually check the structure for damage
Check wire cables for visible wear, fatigue or corrosion.
Check tension and apply necessary lubrication
Check all cable connections, bolts and pins to ensure proper mounting
Check tightness of foundation bolts
All components have been assessed for visible or functional wear
Every 3 Months: Lubricate all critical parts (safety pivot points, safety axle pin, cable shears, rollers, locking latch shafts, inside corner post, etc.)
