There is no evidence / activity of Insects live or dead Rodents pellets/Urine ,Bird Droppings/Feathers ? ((for example, is there evidence of nesting/web in cracks, corners, or inside broken partitions ;bird droppings, insect debris or rodent pellets or urine stains on containers, walls or floors)

Are boxes / containers inside the vehicle properly stacked ? (off the ground , properly stacked , not scattered )

Is the refrigerator compartment temperature as per requirement ? ( Chiller - 4 to 8 C , Freezer - -18 C to -16 C , Dry item - < 25 C )

Does Vehicle smells ok inside ? ( No off Odor / Putrid / or moldy smell )

Are delivery personnel complaint with personal hygiene and health and safety requirements such as covered hair, no jewelry , safety shoes , clean uniform
