  • Digital signage is updated with accurate information based on daily events sheet

  • Music, Lighting, Scent and Internet are in excellent working order. Meeting foyer area is clean

  • Ensure emergency door is unlocked when in operations and it is locked when meeting room is not used

  • Ensure no-use meeting room’s doors are locked, No staffs and guests are inside

  • Furniture and Equipment at pre-function & public area at meeting rooms are in good conditions and clean

  • Pre-function & Public area such as floor, doors, wall and ceiling are in good conditions and clean

  • Pantry is clean and in good condition

  • Restrooms are clean, odor free, trash bins emptied, supplies replenished and toilet flushing properly

Front Office

  • Manager is visible during peak times

  • Room assigned for Elite/VIPs are VCI rooms or prioritized for cleaning prior to guest arrival time

  • Check with FO to ensure Elite/VIPs amenities are set-up in room prior to arrival

  • Randomly inspect 1-2 guest floors for cleanliness, defects and inform IRD to clear trays. Report defects to engineering immediately

  • Inspect public area washrooms for cleanliness (odor free) and functionality. Report defects to engineering immediately

Lobby

  • Lobby music, lighting, scent and internet are in excellent working order

  • Lobby furniture and fixtures are clean, organized and in good conditions

  • Select 1-2 locations in the public areas to conduct MOD internet checks. Go to “Speed Test App” on MOD iPad, connect to hotel Wi-Fi, click run and wait the result of download and upload and ping. Please immediate inform IT if the speed is lower than 18-20 Mb.

  • Meet and greet all Top VIPs and Elite members on arrivals

  • Engage the guest and support the team during heavy check-in / out periods

  • Computer screen is locked when associates is not in presence

  • Random check the registration card that guest has signed for both side as per Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Fitness Center / Locker

  • Gym is clean, trash bins are cleared and sanitizer pump is visible and ready for guest use, Please check the conditions

  • Check with LP team to ensure all incidents are closed and any issues briefed to MOD

  • Loading dock is clean and cleared of all deliveries

  • Garbage room is clean, door closed and no smell come out of the room

  • Canteen and uniform room are operating in accordance to service hours

  • Ensure service lifts and lift tracks are spectacularly clean and free from debris

  • Review storage area at building D is properly organized

  • Review motorbike parking area is clean and well-organized

  • Shift handover to next MOD
